Daniel founded and launched Review Port in October 2018 as one of the first services to focus on CLO offering document review and data analysis.

Prior to this, Daniel was a key person in launching Covenant Review's European office in 2015 as a senior research analyst until its acquisition by Fitch Solutions.

Whilst at Covenant Review, he managed the research support operation and oversaw growth of the team. Prior to this, he was a Legal Assistant at DLA Piper in the financial markets team and completed internships and other work experiences in various roles at reputable firms including White & Case, Linklaters and Deloitte in London.

Daniel holds a BA hons degree in Law from University of Reading.

Jason has over 20+ years of financial services experience. He recently joined Fidelity International in 2022 and serves as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on Private Assets and is based in London.

Prior to this, Jason spent 14 years with ICG where he was responsible for Fund Legal and Credit Fund Administration in a wide range of transactions in the European, US, and Australian markets. Prior to this, he spent 7 years at JPMorgan Chase.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.

Rania has over 9 years of data analysis experience. She recently worked at Liveramp as a Technical Implementation Manager in the Addresability and AdOps Solution team based in London.

Prior to this, Rania worked at The Trade Desk, GroupM and Comscore where she focused on log level data analysis for ad servers discrepancies, debugging, troubleshooting client’s API issues using Postman and DbVizualizer in a wide range of data projects in the Programmatic ecosystem.

She spent over 5 years as a Technical Account Manager across a blend of AdTech companies, agencies and publishers, in the digital advertising space streamlining data analysis.

Rania holds an MBA from University of Roehampton.
